Does anyone know if lamb has ever been stateside? I am absolutely dying to see them, but no trips to the UK in my future. And I used to live in Singapore, where they were unexpectedly really popular, but no asian tours either. Sigh. Is it europe or bust?

Is anyone planning to attend RockWerchter in July? Lamb has announced that their current tour may well be their last for some time to come. I'm not certain, but I think they were dropped by their label.

I'm in the US, but I'm heading to Belgium in July to see Lamb (and The Pixies, PJ Harvey and David Bowie) at the RockWerchter festival. I'm curious if there's anyone else here crazy enough to be doing the same thing?

Kosheen

Do you all know of this band named Kosheen.
I think they are from the UK and they sound like a mix between Lamb and Portishead.
Kosheen has been on heavy heavy rotation on my stereo for over a week.
You've got to hear it!

I recommend the songs:
I want it all (!!!!!)
Hide U (pretty popular dancey song)
Let go

It's good breakup music if nothing else.
Like [olive] was for me.
and dido back in the day.

I love it when whole albums are so good and consistent in tone that I can listen to it over and over without skipping any songs. I always seem to have "breakup albums" and right now Kosheen is the one for me.

/check it.

Hi
I am going to see Lamb live in Bristol next week (I can't wait!!) but does anyone here know if they use strobe lights when they play?

I have suffered with epilepsy for years, but even though I havent' had a fit for 2 years now I still get anxious about strobes. I am going anyway but at least I'd know what to expect.

And, are they a good live band?

Thanks
