Does anyone know if lamb has ever been stateside? I am absolutely dying to see them, but no trips to the UK in my future. And I used to live in Singapore, where they were unexpectedly really popular, but no asian tours either. Sigh. Is it europe or bust?

Thu, June 17, 2004 - 11:14 PMI hate to break it to you, but when I had seen them, they played a show at Bimbo's 365 in SF. This was back in 1998 or 1999, I think. They were supporting the "Fear of Fours" album.
They THEN made a DJ-style appearance at Amoeba on Haight! They were signing autographs and talking to fans...there was a bit of a line, but they talked to everyone. Louise was awesome to talk to. She told me that she wanted to name her next son with a biblical name. And Andy told me that one of the producers of NEW ORDER was on tour with them (Lamb is from Manchester, incidentally).
